We offer an exclusive warranty period for each panel model, with a minimum of 1 year from the date of purchase for all of our LED panels. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and problems related to the normal performance of the product.

During the warranty period, we are committed to providing free technical assistance to correct any defects covered by the warranty. This includes labor and parts required for the repair. Shipping, postage and transportation of the product is the responsibility of the customer.

The customer must contact our technical support through the designated channels.
The customer must provide proof of purchase to validate the warranty period.
The product must be shipped or transported to the location indicated by technical support for evaluation and repair.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, natural disasters, unauthorized modifications or improper installation.

We will do our best to carry out repairs within a reasonable time. The exact time will depend on the nature of the problem and parts availability.

The customer is responsible for the costs of shipping the product to the indicated technical assistance location.
